Individual therapy is a collaborative venture. Together we will gain clarity around your sense of self and increase that awareness by mindfully examining the underlying issues with caring compassion.

It is a unique priviledge to enter private world of couples. My approach helps partners develop the skills to support intimacy, understanding and connectivity. It also assists individuals to see their part in the relational dance.
