I had planned to post a recipe for this veggie stack and decided to tell you what I did, instead. This give you the freedom to be the architect of the ingredients.
Take some grains, cooked vegetables and protein. Layer them into a stackable container. An empty can words great for this. Just be sure to remove the lids form both sides and place some parchment paper underneath while filling.
Gently press each layer into the form. When you’ve repeated each layer two to three times, place can on plate and gently slide out the parchment paper. Sprinkle some greens around the stack and drizzle your favorite dressing.
