It’s not easy to face our fears and anyone who sells you a shortcut to bliss is offering you an illusion. Every time we turn away from what is happening right in front of us, we are headed the wrong direction.
All that is required is that we lift one foot and place it in front of the other, hold our head steady and breathe.Then do it again
