Parsley Lemonade

A simple blend of parsley, fresh lemon, ginger, pure water and an optional sweetener of your choice. It is a wonderful digestive tonic, is calming to the nerves and tummy, and will also help the body stay alkaline. Enjoy!

Grab a handful of parsley and toss in the blender along with a hearty squeeze of lemon. Add a small slice of fresh ginger, a few ice cubes and about two cups of water. Blend and drink. So good and good for you.
