There is no magic pill for health. There is knowledge and there is action. As Yoda says, “Do. Or do not. There is no try.” Of course, this is easier said than done when it comes to implementing healthy habits.
It all begins with being kind to yourself. Think of how long you’ve been living the way you have. If you’re like me, you’ve accumulated an impressive array of less-than-helpful habits.
It might be difficult, at first. Afterall, habit is hard to break. Know that it will get easier and that your perseverance will be rewarded. This is about lasting change, not a quick fix.
Health is a way of life. Ritualize it. Tune into the choices you make and ask yourself one simple question: “Is this healing or hurting me?”
