Raw chocolate that’s good for you, too? Yes please! Who says you can’t have it all? Not too sweet and loaded with antioxidants, these protein-rich bites are sure to delight!
(Makes 24 mini cups)
1½ cups coconut oil, liquefied
½ – 3/4 cup protein powder
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
½ cup raw cacao powder
¼-1/3 cup maca powder
3 tablespoons liquid sweetener
1 tablespoon mesquite
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- Combine all ingredients in a blender by giving a few pulses. Pour into a two mini 12-cupcake trays with paper liners, or mold of choice.
- Sprinkle with favorite garnish and place in the fridge to set.
