Movement is Life
These are unprecedented times in which movement is no longer required. We hop in the car to go to store. A swipe on our phone gets dinner delivered to our door. Conceivably, we can never leave our home and get by.
Strength, Grace & Mobility
Connective tissue is one of the few “sciency” terms that make sense. It literally holds us together, giving us shape and form. It connects muscle to bone (tendons) and bones to bones (ligaments). It’s also the primary form of communication within the body. Keeping fascia/connective tissue supple is essential for ease of movement and decreasing pain.

Twenty minutes a day isn’t much effort to be rewarded with a strong, balanced body that uses energy efficiently and allows us to continue doing the things we love to do without pain or injury.
Our muscles are encased in a web of tissue that weaves in and around our body called connective tissue. Like a silk stocking, it literally is what holds us together and gives our body shape.
